Was seated right away! Got the eggrolls and the large PHO Tai with Diet Coke. The eggrolls were amazing and had amazing flavor. The PHO Tai was very good and the broth was extra tasty. The waiter was very friendly and we got really good service. We waited less than 10 minutes to get all our food. The restaurant was nice. We sat at a booth table and it was very comfortable. They had nice music playing and the lighting was perfect. The restaurant felt very clean and had a good vibe. I would recommend PHO Redbo!

A friend wanted to try this place and it wasn't until afterward that I realized why Pho Redbo is so popular. Pho Redbo (established in 2021) is one of the few (if not the only one) Halal-certified pho restaurants in Garden Grove. They feature premium beef options including American, Australian, or A5 Wagyu beef as well as a bone broth simmered for over 12 hours. As of January 2025, Redbo has two locations with its flagship in Garden Grove and another in Westminster. [Parking]: Easy and free private plaza parking lot. [Waitlist & service]: Pho Redbo uses the Yelp waitlist system. Our party arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant opened at 5:30 PM on a Saturday and was seated immediately when the doors opened. For parties of six or more (including adults and kids), gratuity is automatically included at 20%. [Menu]: The pho combo is essentially a sampler of their various cuts of meat including thinly sliced rare steak, tender rib cubes, well-done brisket, and meatballs. Customers can choose between thin or thick noodles and the menu also clearly labels each halal dish. In addition, kids aged 5 and under receive a free baby bowl of pho for dine-in orders. *** Crispy Egg Rolls (Chicken eggrolls with lettuce & dipping sauce - 4 rolls for $7): A solid 4-star dish. The egg rolls had great crispy shells with piping-hot & flavorful fillings. Pho Combo (thinly sliced rare steak, tender rib cubes, well-done brisket, & meatballs - everything is Wagyu except for meatballs; thick noodle; regular for $19): The sliced steak and rib cubes had an amazing buttery texture while the meatballs also tasted great. The thick noodles had a soft texture and the 12-hour bone broth certainly lived up to expectations with its rich and flavorful profile. *** While the prices are higher than average pho prices, the restaurant one of those places where you get what you pay for. A 5-star worthy pho.

This place is super good, service was amazing. Definitely coming back. The food was hot and quick. You can see the waiters really busting their ass. The ambiance immaculate.

It's our second time here and so glad my husband drove towards this restaurant when I mentioned "pho" on our way back from the bookstore. He read me better than I did. I love a restaurant with limited items on the menu - this almost always guarantee that you will love anything and everything you order on the menu. However, if it is your first time, you must try the Pho Combo. You will not regret! But, bear in mind, you will need to come nice and hungry as the Regular is super filling. I cannot even imagine the Large, lol. The Pho Combo comes with a generous amount of thinly sliced rare steak, tender rib cubes, well-done brisket (also thinly sliced), and meatballs. All meats are wagyu except for the meatballs. You also have a choice between thin or thicker noodle. And a bowl of pho is not complete without a side of herbs and condiment: bean sprouts, Thai basil, culantro (ngo gai, in Vietnamese, is a thorny coriander leaf), jalapeno slices, and lemon wedges. Also on the table are jars of hoisin sauce, red chili sauce, and a chili oil. Served piping hot, with a nice clear flavorful broth of just the right amount of secret herbs like, cardamom, anise star, coriander, etc etc... I think I will need to try the Beef Stew next time, it looks amazing! service with baguette. Service was friendly and polite. The wait was not long to be seated. They do have both indoor and outdoor seating, in case you brought your furry friend. Don't wait too long and try this place out!

Tried this spot for an anniversary dinner, and I have to say this definitely set the tone for the upcoming year on a beautiful note. This place is awesome! 2 of us shared the wagyu fried rice and the wagyu pho. The wagyu for both was so soft and delectable, couldn't stop eating until our bodies made us! The Wagyu fried rice was a perfect balance of meat, spices, and rice! The Wagyu pho came with the meat on the side and a rich broth in a heated stone bowl. I always worry about pho broth becoming cold before all the meat is able to cook, but you don't need to worry about that with this bowl! By the time we weren't able to eat any more, the broth was still as hot as when we received it. All that to say, take your time with eating and savor each bite! Service was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back!

This is one of the cleanest pho places I've ever been to, and I was really impressed by their attention to hygiene. They sanitize their bowls by placing them on a range with boiling water before serving, which is something I've never seen before and really appreciated. The quality of the food was excellent, and I noticed that all the staff were wearing gloves while preparing and serving food. The pho itself was incredible, aromatic, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The restaurant was quite busy, which is a great sign, but if you're planning to visit, I'd highly recommend booking through Yelp ahead of time to avoid waiting outside. The employees were super friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even better. From cleanliness to service to food quality, everything was top-notch. I'd rate this place a 10/10 without hesitation!

I went here recently with a few of my friends and it was our first time visiting! We were seated not too long after putting our names down on the waitlist (: Our orders were taken quickly as well and the food arrived in a timely manner. The pho was great! The soup base was delicious and the meat was super tender and yummy. We had the option between large and small noodle, and we all went with large noodle (which I prefer)! Overall great texture and great taste. I do think that the price is steeper than other pho places, and for the portion size you get, I'd imagine it to equate to the price (': Parking was no issue and customer service was fine. There was plenty of seating and it was clean!

I heard so much about the flaming wagyu beef carpaccio but they are located so far from HB, almost 40 minutes w heavy traffic. I decided to go there right after we got off the cruise, 16 days of eating bland food got to me. We were lucky we got seated right away, I read many folks complaining there was a very long wait. We ordered egg rolls, beef carpaccio and a large bowl of pho. We waited so long maybe 25 minutes, my husband was bent out of shape, we almost left. Finally the egg rolls came, it was made w Chinese wrap not the VN rice paper so they were not as good. Again more wait before the flaming beef came, it was so so heavenly good, I'd rate this 6 stars, unfortunately the Pho broth was very thin, even bland so what happened to all the Ooh Aah I read about, it was oily which I accepted as it meant there were real bones not out of the can. This restaurant had a huge sign, halal cuisine and on yelp too so the resto was full of halal folks! It was weird, I thought I was in Beirut bc the noise was unbearable, do people have to talk that loud, then to make matters worse we sat next to a young mother w 4 SCREAMING KIDS, I could understand the baby could whine and scream, my next table guest asked the mom to see the kids face, they all looked beautiful, the mother included but why did they scream, my husband almost lost it as when our kids were young if they started to yell, we just took the food home not wanting to disturb the entire room. We had to get up early 6am and got thrown out of the ship, we were so tired and unable to enjoy the food, later a bunch of very tall almost 7ft tall halal people came and boy did they talk loud, we could not stand it my head was aching so we took the Pho home. We left and a manager stood at the door asking us if everything was OK, I said the broth was good but too thin, he felt bad and said we should have complained, he would make it right, well I did and got another small bowl of extra broth so it was better but the fact it needed more fish sauce, etc.. I asked where he came from as he reminded me of my favorite samurai Hiroyuki Sanata, the best actor Japanese warrior ever, all of a sudden I meet a lot of Japanese lately. He gave out good vibes and I appreciate the customer service, I would definitely come back, the food and ambiance made this 3.5 stars but I upped it to 4 stars thanks to his good customer service. Conclusion, if you do not mind to have your eardrums blown off this place is good, it's definitely 5 stars for the halal folks as they were so thrilled the noise rose in crescendo till it became crazy, I thought I was in a war zone? I'll give it another try if it will be noisy again and if I was the only people looking so different, I might give up, that is really too bad as I'm addicted to the flaming beef and the PhoRedbo in WTM has grass fed beef, it's tough beef and I'm not crazy about grass fed, I prefer the tender wagyu beef. The best Pho is perfume river in Asian garden mall unfortunately they got entangled w the embezzlement of Covid fund, I hope they won't get into trouble but they are now out of business.
